Langkah

Friday, May 12th, 2006

Jika malas mendera, berhenti sejenak dan cari lah asa.
Jika rasa dan asa tertemui, maka jalan jadi mudah dillangkahi.
Menengok ke belakang, agar tak lagi jadi penghalang.
Selamat berjalan, semoga Allah berkenan.
Amin.

Enemy of the State (1998)

Friday, May 12th, 2006

Clayton Dean / Will Smith) tanpa diketahui si pengacara. Direktur NSA
menggunakan kekuatan/kekuasaan yg dimiliki NSA, membuat hari2 si
pengacara semakin berat. Dan, biasa lah, akhirnya si pengacara ini,
bersama mantan agen NSA yg ikut jadi target (Edward ‘Brill’ Lyle / Gene
Jon Voight).

Brill: You’re the threat now. Just like I was.
Robert Clayton Dean: Threat to whom? To them?
Brill:
No. To your family, your friends, everybody you know, everybody you
meet. That’s why I went away and didn’t come back. You’ve got to go
away, Robert.
Robert Clayton Dean: No, I don’t think so. This
is my life, I worked hard for it and I want it back. I grew up without
a father, I know what that is. And I will not allow my family to go
through that.

Teknologi
informasi memungkinkan integrasinya semua informasi / telekomunikasi,
diharapkan sangat meningkatkan efisiensi & efektivitas kegiatan
manusia.

Lawyer: Ex-Qwest Exec Ignored NSA Request
By KATHERINE SHRADER, Associated Press Writers
WASHINGTON
- Telecommunications giant Qwest refused to provide the government with
access to telephone records of its 15 million customers after deciding
the request violated privacy law, a lawyer for a former company
executive said Friday. For a second day, the former National Security
Agency director defended the spy agency’s activities.

In
a written statement, the attorney for former Qwest CEO Joseph Nacchio
said the government approached the company in the fall of 2001 seeking
access to the phone records of Qwest customers, with neither a warrant
nor approval from a special court established to handle surveillance
matters.

"Mr. Nacchio concluded that these requests violated the
privacy requirements of the Telecommunications Act," attorney Herbert
J. Stern said from his Newark, N.J., office.

Congressman Sam Albert:
[On TV] We knew that we had to monitor our enemies. We’ve also come to
realise that we need to monitor the people who are monitoring them…
Carla Dean: Well who’s gonna monitor the monitors of the monitors.
Robert Clayton Dean: I wouldn’t mind doing a little monitoring myself.

ECHELON
is a term associated with a global network of computers that
automatically search through millions of intercepted messages for
pre-programmed keywords or fax, telex and e-mail addresses. Every word
of every message in the frequencies and channels selected at a station
is automatically searched. The processors in the network are known as
the ECHELON Dictionaries. ECHELON connects all these computers and
allows the individual stations to function as distributed elements an
integrated system. An ECHELON station’s Dictionary contains not only
its parent agency’s chosen keywords, but also lists for each of the
other four agencies in the UKUSA system [NSA, GCHQ, DSD, GCSB and CSE]

Never Grow Up, My Friends

Wednesday, May 10th, 2006
The Spot: A burly, bearded man with an accent sits at a video-editing
console. He cues up some old footage of a little kid playing soccer.
Then he intercuts this with modern-day scenes of the kid all grown up,
still playing soccer. Kid and man both execute some astonishing moves,
bewildering their opponents and scoring goals at will. "So my advice to
you," says the bearded man, "is never grow up, my friends." As the spot
ends, we see the words "Joga Bonito" and a Nike swoosh. (Click here and mouse over the right-hand side of the screen to see the ad, called "RonaldinhoJoy.")

tanya tetangga sebelah yg suka sepakbola ya! hehehe] ketika kecil
Internasional. Diperlihatkan betapa Ronaldinho kecil begitu antusias
dgn futsal dan memperlihatkan permainan yg mengagumkan, begitu pula
ketika sudah menjadi pemain Internasional. Dan di akhir iklan, ada
kata2 "never grow up". Wah….. Merasuk pikiran/hati/qolbu…

Sifat
anak2 tidak selamanya / semuanya negatif ya. Mungkin yang tepat adalah
"menempatkan sesuatu pada tempatnya".  Melakukan sesuatu tanpa beban
(yang positif tentunya). Kalau pun ada, itu bukan beban, tetapi
tantangan, ya?

Dan selamat "bermain" semuanya, dalam apa saja.

Love?

Wikipedia:
Love has several different meanings in the English language, from
something that gives a little pleasure ("I loved that meal") to
something that one would die for (patriotism, pair-bonding). It can
describe an intense feeling of affection, an emotion or an emotional
state. In ordinary use, it usually refers to interpersonal love. As an
experience usually felt by a person for another person, it is commonly
considered impossible to describe. Dictionaries tend to define love as
deep affection or fondness.[1] In colloquial use, according to polled
opinion, the most favoured definitions of love include the words:[2]

  1. life - someone or something for which you would give your life.

  2. care - someone or something about which you care more than yourself.

  3. friendship - favoured interpersonal associations or relationships.

  4. union - a synergistic connection, as in the perfect union of two souls.

  5. family - people related via common ancestry, religion, or race, etc.

The
concept of love, however, is subject to debate. Some deny the existence
of love, calling it a recently invented abstraction. Moreover,
approximately 13 percent of cultures reportedly have no word for
love.[3] Others maintain that love exists but is undefinable; being a
quantity which is spiritual, metaphysical, or philosophical in nature,
etc. Perhaps due to its emotional primacy, love is one of the most
common themes in art.

Cinta

sangat aku kagumi. “. “ Jadi engkau menyesal menikah denganku ? “ ujar
Ali. “Tentu tidak, karena laki-laki itu adalah engkau….. “

Bener ga ya cerita ini? . Kalo bener, wow!

"hubbul wathon, minal iman", kata pak Umar bin Khattab. Dan banyak lagi cinta2 yg lain. Syarat2 cinta?

At
Taubah:24. Katakanlah: "jika bapa-bapa, anak-anak, saudara-saudara,
keputusan-Nya." Dan Allah tidak memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang
yang fasik.

Cinta, di mana kah kau?
Telah kah sampai ke qolbuku?
Yang terdalam yang berseru?
Hingga tak ada keindahan yang berlalu.
Dan ada senyum ketika telah tiba waktu.
